It is not uncommon to take a two-phase approach to orthodontic treatment in children. The first phase is used to fix any issues with arch development and jaw placement. It is beneficial to complete this stage when a child is around seven or eight as the changing facial structure facilitates treatment. During the second phase, we will make any necessary adjustments once the permanent teeth have fully emerged.

We offer numerous orthodontic options that appeal to patients of all ages. Many of our adult patients are interested in learning more about Invisalign® and clear braces. Invisalign® treatment uses clear aligner trays to slowly transition teeth into the desired position. They can be removed to eat and clean your teeth. Clear braces work similarly to traditional metal braces. A tooth-colored resin bracket is placed on the teeth.
